On Saturday, April 30th 2011 in Cocoa Beach FL, thirty-two Central Florida surfer girls (ages 8-17) flocked to the beach for our ROXY and RON JON SURF SHOP all girl surf day! We had girls of all surfing levels attend the camp! Apart from loading up on sweet ROXY gear, riding waves all day and making new surf buddies, the girls learned all about the importance of the following key topics..
*Living a healthy active lifestyle
*Taking care of ourselves and our environment
*The Non Toxic Revolution (thanks so Keep-a-Breast Foundation)
It was a highly educational and motivational day for the girls in various ways! Many thanks to our lovely supporting sponsors: Roxy, Ron Jon surf shop, Foam Magazine, our local YMCA and Keep-a-breast foundation. Thanks for attending girls and we hope to see you at our next all girl camp!
